Nature of Services: I understand that Shamanic healing, soul retrieval, energy work, and related services offered by Ilena are complementary and spiritual in nature. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Voluntary Participation: I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary. I may end or pause a session at any time without penalty.
Confidentiality: I understand that all information shared with Ilena is held in strict confidence and will not be shared with any third party without my written consent, except as required by law.
Photography & Media: I understand that no photography, video, or audio recording will take place during sessions without my explicit consent.
Liability Release: I agree to release Ilena and Red Road Journeys from any liability for physical, emotional, or spiritual experiences that may arise during or after a session. I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing and any decisions I make as a result of our work together.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
